The Quaaout Lodge provides four versatile meeting rooms. The Chiefs room is inspired by the Aboriginal Kekuli (winter house), for unique banquets, conventions, conferences or meetings of up to 400 guests. Enjoy gracious, personalized service, superb presentation and extraordinary attention to detail. From the early planning stages through the final meeting, each event is tailored to your expectations by experienced meeting professionals.

When the day’s meetings are complete our 18-hole Talking Rock Golf Course and authentic cultural activities like First Nations smudge ceremonies, canoeing excursions on the lake, traditional story telling and medicine ride abouts offer unique and inspiring team building opportunities.

Meeting Rooms


The Quaaout Lodge features four distinctive meeting venues:
Chiefs Room: This 2,120-square-foot venue accommodates receptions of up to 210 and seated dinners of up to 135.
Grouse Room: This 970-square-foot venue accommodates receptions of up to 95 and seated dinners of up to 65.
Turtle Room: This 580-square-foot venue accommodates receptions of up to 60 and seated dinners of up to 40.
Salmon Room: This 435-square-foot venue accommodates receptions of up to 43 and seated dinners of up to 30.

All four rooms can be combined to a 4,105-square-foot space accommodating receptions of up to 400 and seated dinners of 260.
